Biography
Andrew McManus is the General Manager Service Delivery at Fred IT Group, where he oversees the deployment of Fred’s products and services and has accountability for the Managed Services business unit and the drug and commercial database teams. During Andrew’s 17 years at Fred, he has held a broad range of roles including GM Managed Services, GM Operations and GM Customer Service. Prior to working at Fred, Andrew worked as a HR Consultant, covering Performance Management, Organisational Development and Strategic Advice, along with other Sales and Management roles.
