Details

MC: Joe O'Malley The front of store is routinely impacted by forces outside of the control of pharmacists, such as the recent pandemic and inflation. As such, it is crucial to understand its present state, how the demand for goods trends alongside market cycles and the future financial viability of pharmacies. Opportunities can emerge from a deeper understanding of what consumers are seeking to address their needs - this can occur through an evaluation of their baskets, including the relationship between prescription and non-prescription items. How these relationships evolve, and the ultimate benefits consumers may accrue from health, wellness and economic perspectives, will be discussed.
