Emily Burrell is the Customer Experience Manager for the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP). Emily has over 10 years’ experience working with community pharmacies, from working in roles such as a QCPP Coordinator and Pharmacy Manager, to working at a Guild state branch as a Business Support Manager, where she supported pharmacies with QCPP, training and business practices. Transitioning from the role of QCPP Technical Advisor, Emily’s role as Customer Experience Manager oversees the QCPP help team in supporting pharmacies through their assessment and ensures integrity is maintained in the in the day to day running of the program. Emily maintains strong connections with community pharmacy which enables her continued and up-to-date understanding of the industry.
