Biography
Sashi Anantham is an Associate Principal with IQVIA, a role which he has held for over seven years. Sashi has worked extensively in the commercial advisory space for both prescription and consumer health / OTC businesses throughout his tenure with IQVIA. Sashi’s current focus is on understanding how OTC markets evolve in response to consumer behaviour, particularly since the onset of COVID-19, with his areas of study including market characterisation, consumer preferences, price architecture, and brand equity. Sashi has also completed a PhD and subsequent post-doctoral research on the genetics of antibiotic resistance in human commensal Escherichia coli.

Biography
Scott Crawford has worked in numerous FMCG businesses over the last 30 years in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. He has diverse experience across multiple channels and a strong track record of building successful sales and marketing teams and global brands. For the past 10 years, Scott has worked in the pharmaceutical industry. As General Manager – Promoted Products Australasia for AFT Pharmaceuticals, Scott is responsible for the company’s OTC products in Australia and New Zealand.

Biography
Amanda Seeto commenced her career as a community pharmacist in 1998. Since then, Amanda has worked as an accredited consultant pharmacist and expanded her knowledge with a Diploma of Management. Now a managing partner with the Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse group, she is also a Pharmacy Guild National Councillor and Vice President of the Guild’s Queensland Branch Committee, a role in which she enjoys engaging with stakeholders to advocate for community pharmacy.

Olga Ureta is an experienced Community Pharmacist with over 28 years’ experience. As Chief Pharmacist and Dispensary and Professional Services Category Manager for Ventura Health,
Olga’s role is to improve patient health outcomes through the implementation of health services in community pharmacies. Olga has created programs which incorporate marketing, training and operational standards to meet the health needs of patients, which has driven a better service offer within the pharmacy channels that she supports and provides a point of difference in offering not only value, but also a genuine care for the patient. Olga strives to improve health literacy in order to empower patients to make informed decisions about their health, a goal that is the foundation of her work in professional services.
