Kian provides accounting, business advisory, outsourced CFO and compliance services to his clients, both local and international and has a focus on the pharmacy sector. Belinda Hegarty is Head of National Strategy & Insights for CommBank Health, where she leads a national team of highly experienced healthcare banking professionals. Her role focuses on the bank’s strategy, insights and appetite in banking for Australia’s healthcare sector. Belinda’s previous roles within CBA include leading the new client and specialised industries risk team and shaping the banks appetite for lending to the healthcare sector. Belinda has more than 20 years of banking experience in a variety of roles across CBA and Macquarie Bank with a focus on strategy, structuring, business development and credit risk management on domestic and international transactions. Belinda is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Working within a national team leading the development and execution of the broader health sector strategy for Business Banking, Ben Massey’s role focuses on the pharmacy industry strategy, insights and appetite. Ben’s team specialise across the full spectrum of the health sector, from primary care businesses (General Practice) to Pharmacy, Aged Care and Seniors Living, and support front-line banking and risk teams in deepening their understanding of these highly specialised businesses. Ben has worked across various roles within CBA with a focus on transaction analysis and structuring, credit risk management, data analytics/research and strategy. His current role allows for a large range of stakeholder engagement across the large organisation that is CBA.
